Context, decisions & execution

01 / Context

Context

dasWallenstein is a cultural and community venue in Vienna. The work combined daily operations with public events, artists, local businesses and community partners.

02 / Operational problem

Operational problem

Events bring a different set of people, dependencies and deadlines each time. Reliable delivery depends on coordination across the programme and the venue.

03 / Personal ownership

Personal ownership

Led day-to-day operations and event delivery, introduced operational systems, co-organised Wallenstein ROCKT! and initiated a partnership with BEFRIEND Vienna.

04 / Execution

Execution

The two-day street-art festival took place on Wallensteinplatz. Programme work involved coordinating artists, local businesses and community partners. The BEFRIEND Vienna partnership was a separate initiative extending the venue’s community connections.

05 / Result

Result

Approximately 1,000 people attended across the festival. This is the scale of the overall event, not a per-day figure or an attendance result attributed solely to one organiser.

06 / Evidence to add

Evidence to add

The original event photographs, a programme or event page, and a short explanation of one operational system would make the work easier to inspect. These assets have not been supplied in the handoff.
