The coordination layer
A client file is not the same thing as a transaction. A transaction includes what is known, which rule applies, what evidence is missing and who can move the case forward. Software becomes useful when it connects those pieces.
From storage to action
A CRM can store a relationship. An operational system needs to explain the next requirement for the particular case. The distinction matters: adding another field does not automatically remove the need to remember a rule.
A question worth measuring
The useful test is not how much software was built. It is whether an adviser can reach the right next step with less repeated coordination. Quick is a practical setting in which to test that question.
